Terms and Conditions
Each party package includes a private room, party supplies and kit, and a food voucher worth RM400 or RM700, depending on the selected package.
1.
Pricing is inclusive of SST and applies to the total bill.
2.
The private room can accommodate up to 30 people, including children and parents.
3.
Once availability is confirmed, customers are required to purchase a voucher for the selected package and collect it in-store.
4.
Customers must place their food order when picking up the voucher, at least 7 days prior to
the booking date.
5.
There is no age limit for the birthday party packages.
6.
No additional time slots will be provided. Parties must begin and end within the reserved time slot.
7.
Once an online booking is confirmed, customers cannot change or edit the booking.
8.
Customers may cancel their booking up to 3 working days before the event date and place a new booking if needed.
9.
Cancellations made less than 3 working days before the event date will be refunded with the voucher value amount.
10.
NakNak staff will assist with party coordination, including party setup, food and beverage preparation, hosting, and fun activities.
11.
Outside food and beverages are not allowed, except for cakes, which must be halal-certified.
12.
Packages are available every day, including weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.
13.
Guests must adhere to safety guidelines and conduct themselves appropriately during the event.
14.
Decorations brought by customers must be removed at the end of the event, and sticking tape on the walls is not allowed.
